Skiing

One of a Kind winter activities exist in the Yosemite Region. Here is a list of some of the many Skiing options one might find in the Yosemite Region.

Badger Pass Ski Area
Yosemite's Badger Pass is a one-hour drive from Yosemite Valley on the Glacier Point Road.

Bear Valley
Bear Valley is conveniently located on scenic all-weather Highway 4, regionally located between Lake Tahoe and Yosemite. Access is easy from all areas of Northern California.

June Mountain
June Mountain is located about 20 miles North of Mammoth Lakes. From US 395, take Highway 158 West at the June Lake Junction, drive through June Lake Village approximately four miles to June Mountain Ski Area.

Mammoth Mountain
Highway 395, which runs north and south along the eastern edge of California's Sierra Nevada range, is Mammoth's connection to the world. In about 3 hours of driving from Reno, 5 hours from Los Angeles or Orange County.

Dodge Ridge
Dodge Ridge is located 30 miles east of Sonora, near Pinecrest, just off of Highway 108. Turn right off of 108 at the well signed "Y" to Pinecrest Lake Road - if you get to Strawberry you've gone a bit too far. About a 1/3 mile down Pinecrest Lake Road take the first right onto Dodge Ridge Road. We're just a few miles up the road.

Montecito Sequoia
Located off the Generals highway, 65 miles east of Fresno. Follow Hwy 180 east to Kings Canyon National Park entrance station. Continue 1-1/2 miles to the "Y", turn right and go 8 miles south to our sign. Turn right again and drive 1/2 miles to parking lot.

Sierra Summit is located on Highway 168 just 65 miles northeast of Fresno at Huntington Lake in the Sierra National Forest.
