BANNERS
Yosemite.com offers advertisers 2 options to banner advertise. Banner ad placements are located in two positions on the site: (1) Left/right sidebar area of the Lodging Page - square banners are displayed on a first-come first-served basis (Square Banner), (2) top right side of the Home Page, under the Yosemite.com name and navigation (Mini Banner). Banners can be animated if you wish. Banner placement sold on a first come, first served basis.
The type of banner advertisement available through Yosemite.com are as follows:
1. Square Banners are very popular ads placed in the left/right sidebar section of the site (no square banners on home page) under the navigation bar (see example in right sidebar area of this page). Square banner placements are below any text appearing in the right hand column on a 1st level navigation entry page. Second Level Interior placements (pages that are below the entry page of sections named in the navigation bar are also available at a lower cost than the first level placement.
Packages for advertisers wanting to advertise in multiple areas are available as well.
Discounts for multiple listings are as follows: (effective for ads placed after January 5, 2011)
Placing 4 annual listings - 15% discount
Placing 6 annual listings - 20% discount
Placing 8 annual listings - 25% discount
(annual - paying 12 months in advance)
Square Banners are not available on the home page.
