Yosemite.com offers advertisers exclusive banner packages. Volume discounts are available. Banner ad placements are located in two positions on the site: (1) right sidebar area - square banners are not guaranteed to be displayed at top nor are they guaranteed to be placed in any order/position (Square Banner), (2) top right corner of Yosemite.com name (Mini Banner). Banners can be animated if you wish. Banner placement sold on a first come, first served basis.
The two types of banner advertisements available through Yosemite.com are:
1. Square Banners are very popular ads placed in the right sidebar section of the site under the navigation bar (see example in right sidebar area of this page). Square banner placements are below any text appearing in the right hand column on a 1st level navigation entry page. Second Level Interior placements (pages that are below the entry page of sections named in the navigation bar are also available at a lower cost than the first level placement.
Packages for advertisers wanting to advertise in multiple areas are available as well.
Discounts for multiple listings are as follows: (effective for ads placed after 6-10-03)
Placing 4 annual listings - 15% discount
Placing 6 annual listings - 20% discount
Placing 8 annual listings - 25% discount
(annual - paying 12 months in advance)
Square Banners are not available on the home page.

2. Mini Banners are placed in the top right corner next to the Yosemite.com name (in the green section) for top-of-page exposure. Mini Banners are a premium listing. An example of a Mini Banner can be seen in the top right hand corner of this page.
